I went to Sheraton Hotel on Sunday night. Had organic food and also some Thai buffet.

We visited their little herb garden. (Really tiny)

Ayam Penyet JJKC @ USJ 9

What on earth is ayam penyet? We shall see..


Meet lady boss Suryani. She cooks here too.


Ayam penyet means mashed chicken. *wonders.
Well, basically this is how they make ayam penyet.

1. Marinate a kampung chicken with 16 different types of spices for an hour. (This could be a recipe, sadly I can't tell the ingredients..
2. Boil the chicken for an hour. (This is done daily. Fresh. FRESH.)
   
3. When a customer orders, they takes it out and deep fry the chicken.
4. Takes it out.. *WHACK. WHACK. (First time they did it, it made me jump. No joke.)
5. Pours crisps on to the chicken, puts 2 types of sambal.
6. Tadaaa.. Serves. :D
   

She seems happy doing it. Ahaha.


Soda Gembira. The owner highly recommends this.
It's soda, syrup, and milk. Shocking pink!


The green one is Avocado Juice with Chocolate.
Chocolate??? Weird huh? But they have it in Indonesia.




Set A : Ayam Penyet/Mashed Chicken, served with rice, soup and fruit
In this set, we had penyet soup and watermelon! :D
The chicken was delicious though I really tried my best to differenciate the normal fried chicken with ayam penyet.




2 types of sambal.
Most people loves the red one. (Sweet and spicy.)


Ayam penyet, tofu penyet and tempe penyet.


Nasi Goreng Ayam Penyet
The fried rice has a million things in it. Okay.. Not a million. It has prawns, chicken, veggie and spices. Fabulous. It is nice by itself.






Talapia Penyet (Mashed Tilapia)
The meat is smooth, sweet, juicy. Go imagine.




Was trying a new way of taking fish pictures.. Hahah. Weird huh?

Tong Seng Kambing (Jogja style mutton curry)
I ate this without rice. OMG.. Salty salty! It'll go really nice with white rice. The mutton is so tender. x_x (Are you drooling yet?)

Mee Ayam from Jawa Tengah
My mum so clever.. Mixed everything with ALL the sambal. *hiss
Goodness, the spicy-ness. Can compare with that KFC's new spicy chicken.
Overall, it's great. Sadly.. Because of the spicy-ness and lack of cold water, I couldn't go on eating it. ):







My dance class was hilarious. Rebecca is in Singapore, so Chris replaced her. He taught us the song One Wish - Ray J. Slow song with tons of steps. Chris is funny. Yes, I couldn't stop laughing. Sorry! It was just unbearable. Sorry sorry. His steps aren't that hard. Well, today. The last time he taught me, I nearly died. x_x

Yes. I have flu, cough and sore throat. Does not mean I have Swine Flu. Just a common one. It may be from the haze you know..

Because of this crazy swine flu thing. My library is closed too! ): Why? Why during my beautiful library week? It's because, there is no air circulation as its dark (???) and windows are closed. Not only that, they also said students come in contact even more in the library as they will definately cluster together AND. Librarians will get it more than ever. What.. Sigh. I would wish I can say these are just nonsense, but they are facts and undebateble.

And of course, we had a short meeting about it. Decided to close it down till further notice and will definately open again ! :D So Cindy and I went back to class at 11am. No books. Oh-oh. But En Ishak was nice. :D Cindy wanted to snap pictures. :o So we did. Really snapped a lot. We both are weird. Tell me that, and I'll agree.

I went to Pulau Ketam with my mum and 2 of her friends today. Teehee.
I did not know it's so near.. I thought it was somewhere in Johor.

We took a boat there. It was a longggggggg noisy ride. But breezy. Gosh. I still can feel the waves in my head.

We ate here.. Cleaner than the opposite. And less 'noise' and people. Food was pretty great. FRESH. I like the steam fish we ordered. Some kind of pomfret fish..

You must be familiar with the four seasons; spring, summer, autumn and winter but what about seasons of love?


In the hectic world of today, too many people suffer from blood loss or low percentage of blood content in their bodies wether through accidents, wars or natural birth.


The BSMM ( Red Crescent ) SL (Y) 180 partnering the SJAM DU Division are working hand in hand in organizing a blood donation campaign as a volunteering philanthropic event to show their care and kindness towards the needies by finding blood donors to help them.

Thus, they need your support and lending hand. They want you to be a hero by saving peoples' lives through blood donation.

Show your little drops of kindness, which can make a difference in others life.
We make a living by we they get, but we make a life by the blood we give.
One donation, three lives. Think about it.

The need is constant. The gratification is instant. Give love, give blood.

-previous blood donation must be more than 3 months ago

-have not gone through major operation for the past 1 year

-have not gotten malaria for the past 3 years

-have not practiced unsafe sex

-have not shared the same needles with others

-have not consumed alcohol a day before

-have never tested positive for HIV

-have not had sex with the partners of the same sex even once

-do not have hemophilia or another Blood clotting disorder and received clotting factor concentrate

-have not been held in a correctional facility (including jails, prisons and/or detention centers) for more than 72 hours in the last 12 months

Men’s skin have many colours, but human blood is always red.
